A quick an easy dinner adapted from this recipe for
Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce. Some nice touches took this dish over the top. This included the addition of crimini mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes (which we brought from
Italy, and later re-hydrated then packed in olive oil and garlic), and fresh Raffetto's pappardelle.
